Like any relationship we expect that you get to know a little about us in the same way that we hope to know a little more about you. A few things about us we'd like to share:

  • We've been operating since 1974 when we opened our first Centre in Maitland, NSW Australia.
  • Co-founder Kip McGrath is a former school principal.
  • All Kip McGrath Education Centres are owned by franchisees.
  • There are now over 680 Kip McGrath Education Centres in 20 countries around the world.
  • In August 2003 the company was taken public and listed on the Australian stock exchange.
  • Last year Kip McGrath Education Centres earned approximately $80 million in tutoring fees.
  • Our founders Kip and Dugnija McGrath are still on our Board along with their son Storm.
  • We remain very committed to our franchisees and have plans to further generate income by introducing online courses that will channel new students into Centres.
  • The company is based in Newcastle, NSW Australia where it was born.
