To own a Kip McGrath Education Centre you must:

1. Really care that children are literate and numerate.
2. Be willing to learn our business methods that are taught in our training courses.
3. Be able to interact with the teachers employed in the centre.
4. Be a trained and qualified teacher or employ teachers.
